About Florida Black Dance
The Florida Black Dance Artists Organization was created to educate, inform and empower Black Artists as agents of change, cultural keepers, truth tellers, activists and radical leaders. This organization provides space for Black artists to be nurtured, edified and support through education, training, mentorship and professional development. Through this framework we further validate the Black dancing body and maintain our pursuit to dismantle systemic racism inside of institutions and organizations.
